Make the Billing Codes box in eval-type documents more prominent. Right now it's often overlooked by our therapists.

When printing a patient's goals, change the default to not include goal graphs. I use the printed goals to take data and I don't need to see the graphs, so it's a hassle to change the drop-down every time.

Allow me to add notes to document reminders so if it needs to be postponed or it has been scheduled I can notate that and communicate it with my team.

We've set-up email addresses as quick phrases in our clinic. Allow us to insert a quick phrase in the email field when sending documents.

Don't allow me to sign a daily note unless some objective/goal data has been entered.

Allow me to move the patient's diagnosis code from the top of the document to somewhere at the end or allow me to remove it completely. Sometimes parents get discouraged when that's the first thing they see.

In the Docs tab when entering goal data using the Enter Data icon under the goal, allow me to save multiple data points. Right now, I have to save each one individually and when I'm entering a lot of data, it takes more time.

At the top of the document next to "Location", include the clinic's physical address.

When adding a goal, make the data type and target fields optional. We don't use the goal graphs in Fusion and it would save us time if we didn't have to enter this information for each goal.
