When viewing a patient's completed documents, darken the icons (i.e. send, attachments, revisions, etc) because they are faint and hard to see.

Change the Docs tab to Patients and organize the information by patient. Allow me to access the patient's information, completed docs, and incomplete docs all from the same place organized by patient.

Add a narrative box for each outcome measure so that I can include a written narrative in addition to the score and findings.

When viewing my documents, display the Not Started tab first instead of the In Progress tab. Having Not Started displayed first seems like the logical order, and that is the tab I work from the most.

As a therapist, allow me to print goals for multiple patient's at once. I'd like to print the goals for all of the patients I'm seeing in a day for therapy.

Have goals on a document include two dates, one for when the goal was added (created in Fusion) and another for the start date.

Allow me to include my clinic's name under my signature on the POC.

If I'm editing a document and then close it, when I re-open the document have Fusion remember where I left off. Currently, when I re-open the document it takes me to the top.
