Let me include all goal activity in an evaluation, instead of having to limit it to the last 360 days.

Allow me to change the sign date to a date that is in the future. Sometimes we complete documentation, like progress notes, early and we need the sign date to reflect a future date.

When downloading a document, replace the parentheses that's included around the therapy type (e.g. ...Daily Note (ST)). When I upload the document to insurance I have to remove the parentheses and it takes a while to rename every file.
