When viewing goals from a document that I am working on, only show the goals for my service type so that I don't have to sort through all of the other goals.

The light grey icons in the patient's documentation center are difficult to see. It's hard for me to figure out what they are unless I hover over them.

When a document is revised, update the signature timestamp on the document with the new timestamp instead of showing the first time the document was signed.

If I sign a document with the Edit Document Sign Date option set to "No", then revise and sign the document again with the Edit Document Sign Date option set to "Yes", make the new date replace the original signature's timestamp.
