Let me email or fax multiple documents at once from the Completed tab in Docs.

Let me record goal data for left and right side (such as hands or feet) in the same goal instead of in two separate goals.

Let me include all goal activity in an evaluation, instead of having to limit it to the last 360 days.

Allow me to change the sign date to a date that is in the future. Sometimes we complete documentation, like progress notes, early and we need the sign date to reflect a future date.

Change the name of the Take-Home Activities section in daily notes because I recommend other things besides activities (such as strategies).

When downloading a document, replace the parentheses that's included around the therapy type (e.g. ...Daily Note (ST)). When I upload the document to insurance I have to remove the parentheses and it takes a while to rename every file.

When viewing a completed therapy document, make the document type and service type larger (e.g. Daily Note (ST)) so it's easier for the recipient to know what document they are viewing.
