I want to integrate with M-CHAT for accessing and completing versions of the Modified Checklist for Autism in Toddlers as part of my documentation in Fusion.

Allow me the option to hide a long-term goal from a document, but still display some of the associated short-term goals.

Allow me to include a watermark when printing a document for a client or caregiver.

When viewing the list of documents I need to complete, allow me to easily see which documents already have a caregiver signature attached.

After a therapist finishes a session, allow them to print out that session's visit charges so they can hand it to the patient and the patient can bring it to checkout. This way the front desk associate knows exactly what to charge the patient.

Allow me to record goal data points on evaluation type documents.

Allow me to print a blank daily note so that my new therapists can see what sections are included for training purposes.

If we have a history section, Fusio moves it all to the next page rather than breaking it up across the two pages, leaving a large gap on the first page. Remove these kinds of blank spaces so my document doesn't look as choppy.

As an assistant, when I send a document to a co-signer, notify me once that document is signed-off and completed because I'm the one responsible for sending the document to the physician.
