Allow therapists to view the patient's insurance on the document they are completing. Sometimes we have to document differently based on the insurance.

When singing my documentation and selecting a co-signer, if there is only one co-signer available have their name automatically populate. It doesn't make sense to open a drop-down and make a selection if there is only one option.

Combine the objective and assessments sections of the daily note into one section titled Objective/Assessment.

In the Docs tab when entering goal data using the Enter Data icon under the goal, show the previous data points that were entered in a table below like in old Fusion. I like seeing the last previous data points to compare the data when writing not...

Allow me the option to print patient documentation as soon as I sign it.

Show all the documents I need to complete in one list, broken down by document type with an icon next to the document that displays the status (e.g. draft, sign-off, contributor, etc.).

Have the goal graphs shown automatically when completing daily notes.

Instead of selected Activities/Exercises only carrying over from the previous note, have all the Therapy Activities/Exercises ever selected to carry over. Then I can quickly edit that list.

Allow therapists to view all the reminders for their caseload in one place. It would be nice if therapists could view a table that included upcoming dates for their patient's Rx expiration, re-assessment, and birthday.

Show me how long the appointment was when completing a document. Right now I can only view the appointment length when I edit the Date/Time field.
