When I send an invoice, have the drop-down default to the primary contact and their email address. We usually always send it to the primary contact and it would save some time and clicks if it defaulted to the primary contact.

Allow me to change the font size on printed claims because the font is too big for my claim forms.

When adding a charge or credit to a patient's account, allow me to use a quick phrase in the "Description" field.

If I'm viewing a list of claims and then apply filters, tell me how many claims are in that list given the filters I've applied.

If I process a payment and it fails, give me a specific reason as to why it failed.

I want the ability to issue and process gift cards from the Fusion account for my clinic. The gift cards could be used by patients or caregivers to purchase products we sell "in-house" or to purchase classes.

If an invoice has been paid, apply the paid stamp to every page instead of just the first page.

When a transaction does not go through for some reason, keep the record of that attempted transaction on the transactions page.

Change the font type on the invoices because the current font type is hard to read.

When I print a statement for a certain date range, if the statement is balanced for that date range then show the "Paid" stamp at the top like it did in old Fusion.
