When viewing a claim, have a little number on the notes tab (like the history and remittance tabs), that shows how many notes have been added. Having a number would remind me to check the notes.

After recording or processing a payment in Fusion, have a confirmation number appear that I can give to clients.

Have the invoice or statement include a tear-off coupon that parents can mail back to the clinic with their payment.

Have a greater distinction between locked and unlocked claims, because right now it's hard to tell them apart at first glance. The light green locked claim does not stand out enough from the light grey unlocked claim.
