Allow me to create groups so that I can send my message to a specific group of people.

Let me save filters or search to quickly re-use later.

Allow me to insert emojis when writing messages to office staff.

Let me associate a message with a patient so all of the messages about the patient can be found in their information.

I want to be able to opt out of group messages I've been added to.

As a therapist, allow me to receive appointment reminders or be alerted to appointments I have upcoming for the day so I don't have to keep clicking the calendar to view my schedule.

Have Fusion provide more in-depth training on certain areas of Fusion I may need help with.

When I'm viewing a message in Fusion, I want to be able to tell who is involved with the message without having to go back to the inbox.
