When making selections in an evaluation section, allow me to click the word so that I don't have to click the small radio button or checkbox.

When creating a report and selecting columns, I want to easily remove selected columns via a remove icon. Currently, I have to search and then deselect the column to remove it, which takes more time.

I want to hide adult-patient content for pediatric evaluations or pediatric-patient content for adult evaluations when filling out assessment sections so I don't have to scroll through content that's irrelevant to my patient.
