Have Charge summary include the DOS when run by patient name.

When using the pull forward function in the Therapy Activities/Exercises section of the daily note, have the checkbox to also pull forward data automatically checked. I complete daily notes quickly and I always forget to check it.

Prevent me from removing admin permissions from all users. If I accidentally remove admin from all users, there's no way for me to get it back.

In the Therapy Activities/Exercises in a Daily Note, make the comments box wider so I can view more of what I type.
