When viewing multiple services types on the calendar it's hard to distinguish between the different services types.

If I'm viewing a list of claims and then apply filters, tell me how many claims are in that list given the filters I've applied.

If I process a payment and it fails, give me a specific reason as to why it failed.

Sometimes we have patients that are sent to us from another clinic or are leaving to go to another clinic. If that clinic also uses Fusion, allow me to transfer the patient's information and documentation to that clinic's Fusion account.

Allow me to hide the Task Manager so that I can have more room to view the calendar.

I want the ability to issue and process gift cards from the Fusion account for my clinic. The gift cards could be used by patients or caregivers to purchase products we sell "in-house" or to purchase classes.

When working in our clinic's goal bank in the Admin tab, don't revert me back to the top of the list after I've edited or deleted a goal.

Allow me to filter the charges insight report by payer so that I don't have to download it to Excel.

Allow me the option to hide the therapist's name next to the appointments that appear on the portal. Sometimes the therapists change and we don't want to set false expectations with our clients.

Don't allow patients or caregivers to make payments on the patient portal if there is no balance owed.
