Make the appointment status a drop-down menu, like it was in old Fusion.

Allow me to run a report for both incomplete documents and overdue documents so that I can follow-up with therapists on all of their documentation.

In old Fusion, I was able to highlight the claims in "Not Paid" and paste them into an Excel document. In the update, when I copy and paste all the claims are pasted into one column instead of spread out over several columns.

Allow me to create other patient appointments that will not produce a document but will allow the patient to receive appointment reminders.

Allow me the option to print patient documentation as soon as I sign it.

Allow me to sort patient files by uploaded date so that I can quickly sort them from newest to oldest without having to manually re-order them.

Let me run a report that shows information about each therapist's licenses and credentials.

Show me the insured ID in the claim list.

When working with invoices in Fusion, have a separate column for Total and Balance similar to how it appears when printed.

Allow me to remove a specific, single reminder from the Task Manager.
