Allow me to include effective start and end dates for billing codes so that when new billing codes come into effect, I can add them ahead of time and they will activate automatically in addition to the old ones deactivating automatically.

We have some payers that require a timestamp next to the signature on the document. Allow me to apply a payer level setting that applies a timestamp.
